CLIENT'S CHARTER

Our commitment is to design syllabuses and conduct examinations systematically and efficiently. In carrying out these responsibilities, we will ensure that:

• Each candidate who has registered for the STPM examination and MUET will receive confirmation of his registration not later than 4 weeks before the examination/test begins.
  
  
• The STPM examination results will be released within 13 weeks of the last date of the examination, and the MUET results will be released within 9 weeks of the last date of the test.
  
  
• STPM certificates will be released within 10 weeks from the announcement of the examination results.
  
  
• STPM and MUET statement of results which are requested by post, will be sent to applicants within one working day after the receipt of the application.
  
  
• Copies of the STPM certificate, which are requested by post, will be sent to the applicants within one working day after the receipt of the applications.
  
  
• Copies of the STPM certificate which are requested at the counter will be made available within two hours of the application.
